Invitation Letter for Visa Application

If you need an invitation letter from the NURETH-13 conference organization for your visa application, please send an e-mail request to "info@nureth13.org".

At least one of the following criteria must be met in order to honor the request for a letter of invitation: the requesting party either is an author of the accepted abstract and/or paper; or has paid the registration fee for NURETH-13 conference.

Please provide the following information in the e-mail:

  1. Your name, affiliation and full address,
  2. Paper ID, if you are an author of an accepted abstract and/or paper,
  3. Conference Registration ID, if you have paid the registration fee.

Upon receipt of the request, we will send you the invitation letter by air mail. Please note that the NURETH-13 TPC is not authorized to assist with the visa process beyond providing invitation letters. All questions/concerns regarding the status of your visa should be directed to your local consulate.
