Conference Registration of Presenting Author (by September 5)

The conference registration of a presenting author (Author Registration) is required for each paper. We TPC have to confirm the presenter of each paper and his/her willingness to attend the conference in order to fix the final program.

Please register the personal data at the conference registration site of KNT below as soon as possible, even if you cannot pay immediately. The payment should be done before the conference. It is also required to register all paper IDs (N13P1xxx) those you make the presentations.

Request on payment of registration fee:

From the outside of Japan, please pay the registration fee by a credit card, because its transaction charge is only 1.5 % of the registration fee.
In case of the bank remittance, the remitter has to pay its transaction charge and send the full registration fee, because the transaction charge at the Japanese bank is 2,500 yen, which is over 4 % of the registration fee of 60,000 yen. Moreover, please send the items of the bank remittance to "nureth13@or.knt.co.jp" by E-mail in order to identify the attendant, because the organization is recorded in the bank account.
In Japan, the remitter has to pay its transaction charge in case of the bank remittance, which is recommended, because the additional transaction charge is not required. And in order to identify the attendant, please send the items of the bank remittance to "nureth13@or.knt.co.jp" by E-mail.

Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT) has been assigned as the official registration office for the NURETH-13, and will handle the registration.
