Please prepare and upload a PDF version of the final paper through the Author tabbed page no later than July 31, 2009. We need 1) the final paper, 2) the copyright transfer, and 3) a conference registration of the presenting author to include your paper in the conference proceedings.
The format is the same as the template of the full paper for the review. Please confirm the template, for example, do not forget the paper ID at the top right-hand corner of each page.
A copyright transfer form is required to publish your paper in the proceedings. Please fulfill the following format and send it to FAX: +81-29-266-3867 or send scan data (PDF or tiff format) to E-Mail: copyright@nureth13.org by July 31.
The conference registration of a presenting author (Author Registration) is required for each paper.
We TPC have to confirm the presenter of each paper and his/her willingness to attend the conference in order to fix the final program.
Please register the personal data at the conference registration site of KNT as soon as possible, even if you cannot pay immediately.
The payment should be done before the conference.
It is also required to register all paper IDs (N13P1xxx) those you make the presentations.
