Exhibition Booth

Exhibition booths are available in 2m x 2m or 1m x 1m space.

(The 1m x 1m booth is mainly for panel and/or catalogue without expositor.)

2m x 2m Booth

• Space with a desk, 2 chairs and a power outlet.
• Booth structure width 2m x depth 2m x height 2.5m.
• A spot lamp and one tablecloth are available additionally.

The exhibitor will get the exhibitor pass. The pass entitles its holder to:

• Access to the Exhibition areas; and
• Participate in the conference sessions

Specification for Booth Setup

• Board for Company Name
      Size: 100mm height x 1200mm width
• Power Supply
      Electric Outlet: 2
• Table: 1 foldable table
      Size: 1800mm length x 900mm width
• Chairs: 2, Foldable steel chair

Please note that you are required to make your own arrangement to carry in and out the display materials and transport the materials to/from the venue at your end.

1m x 1m Booth

• Booth structure of width 2m x depth 1m x height 2.5m is shared by two exhibitors.
• A table of 1800mm length x 900mm width is shared by two exhibitors.
• Board for Company Name of about 100mm height x 800mm width.

In the case of panel and/or catalogue, the local organizing committee (LOC) will make arrangement of the display materials.
